We want every college sports fan to be able to buy and sell tickets on CollegeSeats, including fans who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.
We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as the target for the CollegeSeats website and mobile app. Accessibility is part of how we build and review features, with particular attention to the flows that matter most: finding a game, checking out, and tracking an order.
This work is ongoing and some parts of the site do not meet that target yet. Known limitations may exist, for example in the interactive seat map, and we are working through them. We would rather say that plainly than claim conformance we have not earned.
