It depends on where the seller’s ticket lives. Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, AXS, StubHub, or your school’s own portal (like georgiadogs.evenue.net). We tell you exactly which one at checkout and walk you through claiming it. Use the same email you bought with.

You’re covered. Your payment is held by CollegeSeats. Not the seller. The seller is paid 48 hours after your tickets are marked sent, and reporting a problem pauses that clock. Confirming receipt closes your report window; it never moves money on its own. If your tickets never arrive, you’re refunded in full, fees included.

Yes, but it takes under a minute and you can do it when you’re ready to pay. Enter your details at checkout and we create your account on the spot; you’ll verify with a text code. Your tickets and order tracking live there.

Buyers pay one 11.5% fee that covers our service and payment processing, shown before you pay. Sales tax is added at checkout where applicable, never a surprise charge. Sellers pay 5% of the sale price, but we’re waiving it for launch: individual sellers pay $0 on every ticket and parking pass sold through January 31, 2027. Brokers and high-volume sellers pay 5%, minimum $2.50 per ticket. Your exact payout is shown before you publish. After the promotion, launch sellers will keep extra perks. Details to come, and terms may change.

Through Stripe. Connect your bank once; your payout is released to your Stripe account 48 hours after your tickets are sent, and a buyer report pauses that clock. From there, when it reaches your bank is set by Stripe’s own payout schedule and verification requirements. See Stripe’s payout documentation for the details.
