These terms explain the first-order offer CollegeSeats ("we," "us," or "our") runs for buyers. They sit alongside our Terms of Service.
On your first order with CollegeSeats, we waive our service fee, up to $50 off per order. The discount is taken off at checkout automatically, so there is no code to enter. It covers our service fee only: the ticket price, card processing and sales tax are not discounted.
One first order per person. An order counts as your first when there is no earlier order with us that was not cancelled or refunded, on your account or on another account with the same phone number. We may decline the offer where we believe one person or household is using it across several accounts.
When the seller confirms your first order, you earn a $10 credit toward one later order of $125 or more, before tax. It is taken off our service fee at checkout automatically and works through the end of November 28, 2026, Eastern time. A credit has no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and is not paid out if it goes unused.
If the seller cannot confirm your order, or your payment is not completed, nothing is used up: the first-order discount stays available for your next order, and a credit that checkout was using goes back to your account.
If a discounted order is refunded, we refund what you paid. The discount itself has no cash value. We may cancel a credit earned by an order that is later refunded.
We can change or end this offer at any time. An order already placed keeps the discount it was placed with, and a credit already earned stays usable until its end date.
