If your tickets never arrive, report it within the 48-hour window and you’re refunded in full.

Ordered

You pay, and we hold the money. The seller is notified and starts the transfer.

Sent

The seller transfers your tickets. We track it and tell you exactly where they’ll arrive.

Delivered

The seller is paid once you confirm your tickets arrived, or 48 hours after they’re marked sent if you don’t report a problem. Reporting an issue pauses the clock.

Confirm your tickets promptly. You have 48 hours after delivery to report a problem. Wrong seats, wrong game, or tickets that never arrived. Once you confirm receipt (or the window passes with no report) and payment is released to the seller, the sale is complete and you agree not to seek a refund through your bank for issues you did not report during this window. Reporting a problem within the window is the fastest way to resolve it, and our Buyer Protection covers tickets that never arrive or don’t match the listing.

Pick the game, seats, and price. We show your exact payout before you publish. No listing fees.

Transfer when it sells

Send the tickets through the provider they live in. Ticketmaster, AXS, or your school portal. Mark them sent; we handle the buyer side.

Get paid

We release your payout to your Stripe account as soon as delivery is confirmed. Stripe then moves it to your bank on its own payout schedule.

One fee, covering payment processing. Shown before you pay. Sales tax added at checkout where applicable.

SELLERS

Waived for launch: $0 seller fees on every ticket and parking pass you sell through January 31, 2027. That’s for individual sellers; brokers and high-volume sellers pay 5%. Deducted from your sale price. You see your exact payout before you publish. Launch sellers will keep extra perks after the promotion ends. Details to come, and terms may change.
